Iryn Namubiru has reacted to those who thought that their new found friendship with Julianna Kanyomozi was just for showbiz.
“I-Jay [Iryn and Julianna] killed it last night [Friday] at Kati Kati. It was the surprise of the night… but not games, we are above that,” reads a post on Iryn’s Facebook wall were she posted many photos of her with Julianna.
The two songbirds started out as the girl group I-Jay with amazing talent and promise, but later fell out and had one of the most enduring feuds in the industry, reportedly over a man.
I-Jay broke up and Iryn went on and married Frenchman Frank Morel, from whom she is now divorced.
Could it be why the two songbirds are finally burying the hatchet?
