Tusker Project Fame is an East African reality-singing competition show sponsored by Tusker Malt Lager (East African Breweries Limited (EABL)). Musicians compete to win cash and a one year record deal with Universal Music Group South Africa.
The initial stage of selecting contestants was completed weeks back, a number of talents were selected from various countries that make up East Africa, that is, Kenya, Burundi, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and South Sudan. Currently we have been taking you through Audition Highlights of various countries in East Africa. We believe by now you must have finger-points on some few contestants you anticipate to make it to the academy.
Now that the auditions are done, the next step or stage will be to sieve only the top 25 contestants out of the many contestants we have, the selected (25 members) will join the Academy for training. This event will take place on Sunday, 6th October, 2013 where also the new judge, Anthony Mwangi a.k.a Anto Neosoul, will be unveiled.
Days after sieving, we will be bringing you contestants from the academy to present in front of the three judges and only the best will be retained to the academy for further training.
All in all the ball is now set to roll, miss no moment in Tusker project fame 6, let’s embrace East Africa, IT’S OUR TIME.
